to Credit Card Payment
After applying for AI BIOHACKER PRO TEAM, we review the details and send you a credit card payment page. Once payment is complete, we begin preparing your member portal and AI environment.
Submit the Application Form
Fill in the required fields in the subscription application form. We confirm your name, company / business name, email address, user type, and requested options.
Application Review
We review the submission and verify the terms of use, subscription details, and required information for your AI BIOHACKER PRO TEAM start. If anything needs clarification, we contact you via email or LINE.
Payment Page Sent
After confirming your application, we send you the credit card payment page. Please review the monthly fee of ¥15,000 (tax included) per account and the 24-month minimum term before completing payment.
Stripe Payment
Clicking the payment button opens a secure Stripe checkout page. Enter your credit card details and complete the payment.
Payment Confirmation
Once payment is complete, our team confirms the transaction. We then proceed with preparing your AI environment and member portal.
Official Service Start
We provide your member portal, initial setup guide, AI utilization manual, prompt templates, and support contact information.
This service is not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment. It is an AI utilization support service that turns wave device analysis results into client-facing explanations, proposals, and follow-up materials. Cancellations and refunds at the customer's request are not accepted as a general rule once the service has started.
Contract
Team Subscription Agreement
Article 1. Purpose and Background
This agreement defines the terms under which the User ("Subscriber") subscribes on a continuous basis to "AI BIOHACKER PRO TEAM" (the "Service") provided by Hitoshi Nakagawa (the "Provider").
The Service was previously offered free of charge as a beta and training program. Following operational verification and refinement, it transitions to a paid official service starting June 2026.
Article 2. Service Overview
The Service primarily includes the following features and support areas:
- Information organization and analytical support via dedicated AI
- Proposal design and operational support AI
- Wave device integration support
- A prompt environment optimized for business use
- Ongoing AI environment improvements and operational support
Article 3. Subscription Form
The Service transitions from a free beta and training program to a paid official subscription. The default subscription unit is one (1) account.
Article 4. Subscription Fees
The monthly subscription fee is ¥15,000 (tax included).
The monthly fee includes the AI infrastructure, ChatGPT environment, dedicated AI design and optimization, ongoing maintenance and improvement, and basic operational support.
Fees are paid in advance and renew monthly.
Article 5. Subscription Term
The minimum subscription term is twenty-four (24) months. After the minimum term ends, the subscription automatically renews on a monthly basis.
Article 6. Scope of Service
The Provider supplies the following to the Subscriber:
- Continuous AI environment
- Updates to core functionality
- Basic support for business utilization
- Maintenance of the dedicated AI environment
- Operational improvements as needed
Advanced customizations tailored to specific operations, dedicated system development, and individual consulting are subject to separate agreements or quotations.
Article 7. Prohibited Conduct
The Subscriber must not engage in any of the following while using the Service:
- Providing, lending, or sharing the Service with third parties without permission from the Provider
- Analyzing, imitating, or duplicating the Service's mechanisms, prompts, configurations, or systems
- Unauthorized access or actions that place excessive load on the Service
- Use for purposes that violate laws or public order and morals
- Infringing on the rights or interests of the Provider or third parties
- Interfering with the operation of the Service
Article 8. Disclaimer
The Service is intended to support information organization, proposal development, and business operations using AI, and does not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue, or results.
The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or timeliness of AI-generated outputs. The Subscriber uses such output as reference information, with all final judgments and decisions made under their own responsibility.
Article 9. Termination
Cancellation during the 24-month minimum term is not permitted as a general rule.
Exceptions include material breach of the agreement by either party, mutual written or electronic consent, or special circumstances that make continued provision of the Service unfeasible.
Article 10. Account and Data Management
The Subscriber is responsible for managing their use of the Service. The default operation is on one subscribed account.
The Subscriber must not share, lend, or transfer account information to third parties without the Provider's permission. The Subscriber is responsible for managing any information, customer data, business data, or other content entered into the Service.
Article 11. Future Roadmap
The Service plans the following enhancements:
- Deeper integration with wave devices
- Automated report generation
- Templated AI proposal frameworks
- Additional industry-specific modules
- Stronger operational support for distributors and field staff
These features will be released progressively based on development progress, operational status, and the user environment. Release timing and content may change.
Article 12. Effective Date
This agreement takes effect on June 1, 2026.
Article 13. Matters for Discussion
Any matters not stipulated in this agreement, or any questions regarding its interpretation, will be resolved through good-faith discussion between both parties.
